Did You Know That There Are 57 Countries Where Indians Can Travel Without Pre-Approved Visa?

So, I am an Indian passport holder and decide to visit a foreign country whose name nobody has heard of (just an example, I know there will be some geek aware of the names of all the countries!!) So, what do I do next?

Open a zillion sites, keep reading all articles (even if they are from the Neolithic age!!!), open a few more sites, ensure that my system cannot take the load of so many open sites but still don’t find the type of visa I should apply for or NOT APPLY FOR.

Thankfully I came across a site that collates all these data on passport holders and the access they have to the countries – Henley Global that gathers data from International Air Transport Association (IATA) considered the largest, most accurate database when it comes to travel information and then analyzed by the Henley & Partners’ research team. Based on their analysis they generate a report known as Henley Passport Index Report!

What Is Henley Passport Index Report?

Henley & Partners have the authority to rank all the world’s passports to the number of destinations that the passport holders can access without prior Visa.

Go to Menu -> Select “Henley Passport Index” -> Go to Global Ranking Tab -> Check Your Passport Strength (“Strength” – How many countries your passport gives you the Visa-free access to!!)

While Japan ranks No. 1 with Visa-free access to 193 countries, India is placed at 87th place in the third quarter has Visa-free score of 57 countries!!

Out of these 57 countries 25 countries offer VISA-FREE ACCESS to Indian Passport Holders and 32 countries offer Visa on Arrival services for Indian passport holders. In fact, these are countries whose name you might not have hear!! Well, at least I didn’t!
